To strengthen our team in the Greater Zurich area, Schwyz, and Central Switzerland, we are looking for experienced Real Estate Sales Consultants.


Your Responsibilities

· Acquisition of new sales mandates

· Valuation of real estate properties

· Professional management of sales mandates throughout the entire marketing process

· Expert and long-term support of our discerning clientele

· Expansion and maintenance of the existing network with potential clients and buyers

 

Your Profile

· Dynamic, highly motivated personality with empathy and charisma, accustomed to building and maintaining sustainable relationships.

· At least 5 years of experience in the real estate industry or property marketing

· Swiss qualification in real estate marketing, valuation, or fiduciary services

· Proven track record in acquisition and sales, with strong closing skills

· Excellent negotiation abilities and a strong service-oriented mindset

· Well-groomed appearance and excellent manners

· Native-level German and fluent, polished English (C2)

· Valid category B driver’s license and own vehicle required
